At Voltz Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your items, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original condition with all tags attached, including the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
